The Apple, Wine and Olive Oil Fair, held annually on the last weekend of August, is the most important event in the municipality of Carrazeda de Ansiães. It is a fair whose main objective is the promotion, dissemination and sale of regional products, with particular emphasis on wine, apples and olive oil. For three days, you can also watch a display of regional and national handicrafts, as well as taste the traditional cuisine of this region at the fair's taverns or at local restaurants.
