The Entrudo Chocalheiro (local carnival festivities) also turns out to be a challenge to the palates, with the Rapini Gastronomic Festival. Restaurants are committed to recreating new dishes without forgetting the traditional Trás-os-Montes recipes, adapting them to all tastes.
