A restaurant of reference and recognized abroad, located in the historic centre of the city, overlooking the Cathedral, it does justice to the cuisine of the region, with its familiar aromas and flavours. Housed in an old building, it maintains the original design of the manor house and is surrounded by a special aura, not only inside the restaurant, but especially on the small terrace overlooking the garden. There, some white tables and chairs sit near the green of leafy trees and shrubs, in the style of 19th century mansions. With a classic and sober atmosphere, whose regional dishes are recognized and meticulously prepared, it gives special attention to game specialities, such as partridge with grapes, hare rice, wild boar stewed in an iron pot, grilled veal steak, pheasant with chestnuts, chestnut soup, among others to discover.
