This Museum is a space dedicated to olive oil and olive growing, currently housed in the premises of the old mill Moagem Mirandelense. Albeit modest, it is a space rich in architectural peculiarities, through the unexpected solutions of utilitarian and pragmatic nature that were introduced over time, and through the unique way of capturing the natural light, giving the space a characteristic atmosphere. The Olive and Olive Oil Museum is a work by the architect Graça Dias, who divided the space by themes: the Oil Press Room, the Olive Patio, the Field and Fruit Room, the Olive Grove Sounds Room, the Olive Production and Processing Room, the Olive Oil and its Uses Room, the Temporary Exhibition Gallery, and the Auditorium.
