Sanctuary of Marian devotion built in the 17th century. Located on the right bank of the Tua river, this sanctuary is dedicated to Nossa Senhora do Amparo, patroness saint of the city of Mirandela. The festival in her honour lasts from the 25th of July to the first Sunday in August, and annually attracts thousands of visitors.
