Ingredients
Sugar, flour, homemade brandy, butter, milk, baking soda, cinnamon and eggs /Mix 500gr of flour with 500gr of sugar, the add the milk( 1/2 l) and 5 eggs. Add 1 glass of homemade brandy , 1 tablespoon of baking soda a tablespoon and a half of cinnamon. Beat everything very well and bake at 180 degrees for approximately one hour.
It goes well with cheese. Due to the homemade brandy and cinnamon, aphrodisiac properties were attributed to this cake, and for that reason it is widely used in weddings.
