Ingredients
1 smoked ham / 2 smoked pig ears / 1 smoked sausage / 1 botelo / 1 salpicão / Water q.s. / Salt q.s. / Chickpeas q.s. / Parsley q.s. / Onion q.s. / 5 cloves of garlic / 2dl of olive oil / 1 teaspoon of peppers - paprika / 250g of hard homemade bread /Method of preparation: Cook the meat with the proper seasonings. Cut the bread into thin slices for a bowl. Wet them with the water from cooking the meat. Heat the oil and paprika and fry the crushed garlic cloves. Sprinkle the soups with the boiling oil.
