Put a pan into the fire with olive oil, garlic, onion, lard and paprika. After 10 mm , insert the peeling tomatoes cuted into small cubes. Let it settle for 5 minutes. Insert water, salt and the chili pepper. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and insert the bread and the spearmint. Let it rest for 15 mm before serving.
